Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Private Office plans require a 3-month minimum, with discounts available for annual commitments.
What's included in meeting room hours?
Meeting room hours include access to our fully-equipped conference rooms with video conferencing, whiteboards, and presentation screens. Additional hours can be booked at €25/hour for members.
Can I bring guests?
Guest passes allow you to bring clients, collaborators, or potential team members for a full day. Additional guest passes are available at €15/day. Hot Desk members can purchase guest passes separately.
Do you offer day passes?
Yes! Day passes are available for €25 and include access to hot desks, WiFi, coffee, and common areas during business hours. It's a great way to try Abstrakt before committing to a membership.
What are your opening hours?
Our staffed reception is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. Hot Desk members have access during these hours, while Dedicated Desk and Private Office members enjoy 24/7 access via keycard.
Can I use other Abstrakt locations?
All memberships include access to our network of five locations across Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg. Simply check in at any location and find an available workspace. Private Office members can also book meeting rooms at other locations at no extra charge.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime through your member portal or by contacting our team. Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk plans require 30 days notice. Private Office cancellations follow the terms of your agreement, typically requiring 60 days notice.
